Log Message:
Pull up following revision(s) (requested by skrll in ticket #413):
        gnu/usr.bin/gdb6/gdb/Makefile: revision 1.6
        gnu/dist/gdb6/gdb/Makefile.in: revision 1.3
        gnu/usr.bin/gdb6/libgdb/Makefile: revision 1.7
Deal with lex and yacc generated files for gdb in the same way as gcc.
That is, use the files supplied with the distribution and never attempt
to rebuild them.
Should fix PR/35271
