IMHO declarations of md(4) should be moved into board dependent
conf/*_INSTALL files (in the perfect world 8-), but I could be
a paranoid since I had fixed sys/dev/md.c to make mdconfig(8)
work properly about seven years ago. (though I can't remember
why I did it ;-)
