Log Message:
Factor out code to save processor state to pcb->pcb_sf switchframe
into a macro.  While here, clarify l->l_md.md_pcb->pcb_sf
vs. l->l_md.md_pcb confusion with proper naming and some comments.
Idea from OpenBSD.
