Log Message:
Add apm emulation via acpi.

Enable cardbus attachment for lots of devices.  The drivers were
already compiled in via pci attachment, and GENERIC supports cardbus,
so there's no reason not to attach.

With this, GENERIC.MP works well on a Thinkpad T60.

(proposed on port-i386, no objections received)
