Log Message:
In cpu_switchto() save the state to the lwp passed as first arg, not
curlwp (probably does not make a difference).
Explicitly return the previous curlwp (instead of, pretty much hidden,
the first arg) - does not make a difference for current callers, but
let's try to be correct here.
While here, handle a few 32bit kernel nits.
