   PR/36313: Juergen Hannken-Illjes: Change the name "rpcbind" to "sunrpc"
   which is used in the new services.

this doesn't seem enough - our code should probably use
"sunrpc" but our services file should continue to work
for "rpcbind" for either old rpcbind binaries or other
apps tha might use it...
