Log Message:
- implement two different schemes to use slide(4). Reseach tells that
some 83C553 equip'ed powerpc machines do wire the pin C output to
make possible to drive IDE controller in native mode PCIIDE device.
- VIA 686B USB and AC97 devices should be handled by routing PCI pin D
and C to i8259 ISA IRQs.
