Log Message:
- 83C553F document endorses slide(4) PCI pin designation register
0x3d is read-only and hardwired pin A.  It'd make little sense
since the most common usage is ISA compatible w/o any PCI interaction
and LEGIRQ bit makes it PCIINTC (and possiblity D) native PCIIDE.
- fix function name error.
