Log Message:
* Add back check for <sys/sysmacros.h> (lost in conversion to autoconf 2.61),
  as it's needed on Solaris for major() and minor().
* Provide prototypes for replaced functions: getgrouplist(), inet_net_pton(),
  usleep().
