Pull up following revision(s) (requested by dsl in ticket #832):
        sbin/fdisk/fdisk.c: revision 1.105
Preserve the mbr 'driver serial number' when copying in the netbsd
mbr code.  Should leave windows vista bootable.
Print the dsn from the mbr, not each pbr.
