Log Message:
Inline callout_t in struct in6_multi. This fixes a number of possible
memory leaks. Explicitly destroy the callout before freeing it.
Use callout_setfunc/callout_schedule instead of repeating it for
callout_reset.

Bump NetBSD version to 4.99.34 for kvm users.
