Log Message:
add preliminary driver for ATI Rage 128 graphics controllers
So far it supports some acceleration ( copies and rectangle fills ) but
no video mode programming at all.
Known problems:
- tested only on macppc
- matches only one r128 chip out of ca. 30
- character drawing is unaccelerated
- no attempt is made to restore the console when X exits
