Yes, pulling up my doc2html change so late in the NetBSD-4 release
process may be undesirable, whereas pulling up your distrib/notes change
will obviously work.

How about pulling your change up to netbsd-4, but then reverting it in
current?  I usually prefer to use macros where possible, so I'd prefer
-current to have ".Ic boot Fl c .", with the "Fl".
