Add a childdetached handler.  This lets us detach devices from
mainbus0. E.g.,

# drvctl -d pci0

pcmcia1 detached
cardslot1 detached
cbb1 detached
nsphyter0 detached

Alas, we cannot re-attach devices to mainbus, yet.
