Improve pci, cbb, cardslot, cardbus, and pcmcia to support detachment
of this entire device tree:

                        pcmcia0 at cardslot0
        cbb1 at pci0
                cardslot1 at cbb1

        sip0 at pci0
                nsphyter0 at sip0
        sip1 at pci0
                nsphyter1 at sip1
