Was it oldconfig?  I saw that it was the 4.4 one that shipped with the original
book, so I assumed it wasn't that badly out of date.

I was however, planning on skipping a few things that we don't ship at all,
like sendmail.  I was also thinking I'd take a quick stab at replacing 01.setup
with the install notes, but I dunno.
