   Fix style in all the previous entries (hi garbled):
   
   - Entries should end with a dot.
   - Entries should start with a capital letter.
   - Entries should not have extra whitespaces.
   
   PLEASE FOLLOW THE STYLE IN FUTURE COMMITS TO THAT FILE.


why are you yelling?

infact, the double space after the final period is how this
file has mostly been maintained over the years.  look at
CHANGES.prev and you'll see it's very common, but not
consistent.
