Log Message:
Match PC address for single-stepping, program BARA = tf->tf_spc before
returning from exception.

Makes single-stepping work on sh3 - without matching the address sh3
gets stuck at the instruction we are at, getting EXPEVT_BREAK before
executing the instruction.
