Just put "PKG_RCD_SCRIPTS= YES" in your /etc/mk.conf and the
example rc.d scripts will be automatically copied to /etc/rc.d (and
automatically deleted by pkg_delete).
} I have only ever used rc.local for non-pkgsrc managed software on my
} systems, and tomcat is actually one of them.
I've done it for pkgsrc stuff in the distant past, but for a long
time I've used the above line.
