Implement LIBISMODULE:
        If not "no", install as ${LIB}.so (without the "lib" prefix),
        and act as "MKDEBUGLIB=no MKLINT=no MKPICINSTALL=no
        MKPROFILE=no MKSTATICLIB=no".
        Default: no
