Log Message:
Make ioctl(FIONREAD) on the master side of a pty return the amount of
data which can be read, as expected. Before, the call fell through a
"case" statement and was forwarded to the slave side, returning the
data which can be read by the slave.
The new behaviour also matches Linux and OSF/1.
