Please could you update the log message to say what was changed, not
just why it was changed.  For example, after what you have already,
append:

Add "encblkno1" IV type to encrypt only once, rename old "encblkno" to
"encblkno8" for clarity, and make "encblkno" an alias for "encblkno8"
for backward compatibility.
