Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #419):
        sys/arch/ews4800mips/stand/common/ether_if.c: revision 1.4
Fix getsecs() to return more proper values:
- use not only second but also minute and hour registers
- use bcdtobin() to read mkclock registers
