Pull up following revision(s) (requested by ad in ticket #355):
        sys/arch/amd64/amd64/vm_machdep.c: revision 1.37
        sys/arch/amd64/include/param.h: revision 1.10
- Kill NOREDZONE.
- Make the redzone conditional on DIAGNOSTIC.
- Give amd64 an additional page for the uarea. 2 is not enough.
