Pull up following revision(s) (requested by macallan in ticket #522):
        external/mit/xf86-video-crime/dist/src/crime_accel.c: revision 1.3
Implement ARGB alpha masks - now WindowMaker's menus are readable
again.  (why on earth do they pass an alpha map in ARGB when rendering
the menus instead of a pure 8bit alpha map as everywhere else?)
