Upcoming changes to the source-changes mailing list

Dear all,

tomorrow (on March 1st) source-changes%NetBSD.org@localhost will be set 
moderated,
and replies to mail on source-changes%NetBSD.org@localhost will be set to the 
new
list source-changes-d%NetBSD.org.@localhost
People who are subscribed to source-changes will be added to
source-changes-d at that time so they don't lose mail they would have
received earlier. After the switchover, being subscribed to source-changes
will not imply being subscribed to source-changes-d (or vice versa).
Both source-changes and source-changes-d will be archived at
mail-index.NetBSD.org.

There will be a new list, source-changes-full%NetBSD.org@localhost, that will
contain commit mails like the main (then, sole) traffic on source-changes,
but with a diff of the change attached (provided it does not exceed a
certain size). This list will not be archived at mail-index.
