Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jmcneill in ticket #584):
        external/mit/xorg-server/dist/Xext/sync.c: revision 1.2
xsync: Fix wakeup storm in idletime counter
Wakeup scheduling only considered the threshold values, and not whether
the trigger was edge or level.
