Log Message:
In case using mmio, use windowing instead of trying to map the
entire image.

Benefits:
  * the whole image does not need to fit into VA
  * a core dump is not of gargantuan proportions

Performance is pretty close to one whopping mmap.  I'll finetune
the parameters later, although the current ones seem pretty good
in initial testing.
