Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #818):
        sys/dev/sbus/if_le_ledma.c: revision 1.31
Don't immediately switch UTP/AUI ports on lost carrior.
It may take a while for modern switches to set 10baseT media.
