Pull up following revision(s) (requested by hannken in ticket #1345):
        sys/ufs/ufs/ufs_inode.c: revision 1.80
Allow ufs_inactive() while a file system is suspending.  Removes a possible
deadlock between vrele() and ffs_sync() during suspension.
