Pull up following revision(s) (requested by hannken in ticket #1345):
        sys/ufs/ffs/ffs_snapshot.c: revision 1.96
Fix a deadlock where fscow_disestablish() blocks because outstanding
copy-on-write operations wait for si_snaplock.
