- adapt DM9000 driver name change.
- move -DLIBSA_PRINTF_WIDTH_SUPPORT to CPPFLAGS variable as SACPPFLAGS
  does not work.
- add a logic to make/remove machine/ and arm/ symlinks.
- remove redundant directives in no use.
