        sys/fs/ptyfs/ptyfs_vfsops.c: revision 1.44
Does not make sense to mount this as NFS, so it is not a bug.
We can now mount multiple instances, but all of them show all the ptys.
let us get mounted multiple times.
remove -c and chroot option; they are always on now
Always do the chroot filename mapping; it is pointless not to do it.
