Pull up revision 1.75 (requested by tsutsui in ticket #710).

Most contents in ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/ seem removed
recently (do we have any announcment?) so update pakcages URLs and
descriptions accordingly.
