Pull up following revision(s) (requested by maxv in ticket #166):
        sys/compat/netbsd32/netbsd32_compat_50.c: revision 1.28
fix multiple mistakes:
- error from copyout was ignored
- the wrong size was specified in copyin
- missing locking.
