Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #1284):
        sys/arch/dreamcast/dev/pvr.c: revision 1.36
Properly zero out struct fb_devconfig, including rasops_info.
Fix panic after wsconscfg(8) from serial console, caused by
a junk function pointer.
