Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jmcneill in ticket #4):
        sys/arch/evbarm/vexpress/vexpress_start.S: revision 1.5
Add a 1MB mapping to the MMU init table to cover the FDT blob in case the
bootloader places it beyond the init mem size.
