Pull up following revision(s) (requested by jmcneill in ticket #1447):
        sys/dev/sdmmc/ld_sdmmc.c: revision 1.29
The config_* APIs are not MPSAFE, so make sure the deferred attach
thread holds KERNEL_LOCK.
