Pull up following revision(s) (requested by snj in ticket #211):
        etc/etc.evbarm/Makefile.inc: revision 1.83
        etc/etc.evbarm/Makefile.inc: revision 1.84
Replace ALLWINNER_A80 (it's never really worked) with VEXPRESS_A15.

Don't try and build VEXPRESS_A15_INSTALL
