Pull up following revision(s) (requested by skrll in ticket #267):
        sys/arch/mips/include/vmparam.h: revision 1.60
Don't define UVM_KM_VMFREELIST on mips as it excludes some memory
ranges unnecessarily.
PR/52501 - erlite quickly fails to allocate memory and processes wedge
