Pull up following revision(s) (requested by maxv in ticket #678):

        sys/arch/x86/include/specialreg.h: revision 1.115-1.117,1.120

Add IC_CFG.DIS_IND: "Disable Indirect Branch Predictor". Available (at
least) on AMD Families 10h, 12h and 16h.

Add the IBRS and STIBP MSRs.

... and also add IBPB ...

Add RDCL_NO and IBRS_ALL.
