Pull up following revision(s) (requested by knakahara in ticket #779):

        sys/net/if_pppoe.c: revision 1.135,1.136

net.pppoe.term_unknown can be written safely now.

Fix sending PADT to unexpected hosts when net.pppoe.term_unknown is enabled.
