Pull up following revision(s) (requested by nonaka in ticket #836):
        external/gpl2/gmake/dist/glob/glob.c: revision 1.5
gmake: __alloca and __stat are provided only when building with GLIBC.
Fix a build failure on Ubuntu 18.04.
