Pull up following revision(s) (requested by pgoyette in ticket #894):

        sys/dev/ata/ata_raid.c: revision 1.40

Call config_cfattach_attach() regardless of whether the module is
being built as part of a kernel or as a external module.

Addresses kern/53389 - thanks for the report!
