Pull up following revision(s) (requested by mlelstv in ticket #1692):

        sys/kern/sys_pipe.c: revision 1.147
        sys/kern/sys_pipe.c: revision 1.148

Clean up pipe structure before recycling it.

Handle half-closed pipes in FIONWRITE and FIONSPACE.
