Log Message:
allow all arm platforms, not just evbarm, to build with MKLLVMRT.
allow mips and powerpc platforms as well.

amusingly, this allows my shark to finally have functional
if not usable GL :-)  glxgears gets 1fps.

status:
- arm32 and ppc have llvm dynamic linker patches.
- ppc is not yet working.
- mips untested.
