Pull up following revision(s) (requested by nonaka in ticket #1282):

        sys/arch/x86/include/bootinfo.h: revision 1.30

PR/54147: Increase BOOTINFO_MAXSIZE to 16Kib.

Some systems require a larger bootinfo size for memory descriptors.
