Log Message:
Do not attempt to change coherency_unit at runtime. Instead, if the
required coherency unit is greater than COHERENCY_UNIT in a MULTIPROCESSOR
kernel, just panic instead.

This makes non-MULTIPROCESSOR kernels work again.
