Pull up following revision(s) (requested by pgoyette in ticket #527):

        sbin/modstat/modstat.8: revision 1.24
        sbin/modstat/modstat.8: revision 1.26
        lib/libc/sys/modctl.2: revision 1.16

Note that the size returned by modctl(2) and displayed by modstat(8) is
only for the module's text section, not for the entire size of the
module.

Addresses PR kern-54737

Remove superfluous Pp.
