Log Message:
Centralise SYNC/BDSYNC in asm.h and introduce a new LLCSCSYNC and use it
before any ll/sc sequences.

Define LLSCSYNC as syncw; syncw for cnMIPS - issue two as early cnMIPS
has errat{um,a} that means the first can fail.
